Food service was great and diverse. People in the facilities are very kind and ready to help always with a smile. Rooms are huge. From this hotel you can get a free ride to the country facility (sol caribe campo), which has a modern pool and a private section of beach.

The location was good and in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and the AC was great. The distraction was the construction currently going on at the property. The nightly shows were nice and the staff involved in those were energetic and fun. Joely was one of the few who spoke English and she was lovely and kind.
